Now enrolling for the 2026 -2027 dance season.

Classes will start the week of September 14th, 2026 and end with a spring dance recital in May.

In order to be considered enrolled, a $50 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit needs to be made per student per class.

After registration, you will receive an email with the studio handbook and an invoice within 24 hours. A link for online payments will be included with the invoice. If you do not receive this information within 24 hours, please contact us.

You can make payments online (a 3.00% service fee applies), via online bank transfer, in cash, or by check. Payments can be dropped off at the studio during class or sent by mail to 310 S. Hampton St. Fairmont, MN 56031.

Dancin' Plus posts pictures and videos from class and recital to post on the studio website and Facebook page. By checking the box and signing below - "I give Dancin' Plus permission to use pictures of my child's image. This includes online and in physical form." If you prefer we do not, do not check the box and we will refrain from using photos of your child.

By signing below, I am giving permission for the dancer(s) named above to participate in the 2026 - 2027 dance season at Dancin' Plus Studio.

I understand the tuition costs for the 2026 - 2027 dance season.
I understand the tuition costs are based on the full season and not on a class by class basis. I have chosen the payment plan that is convenient for me and by signing below I am stating that I am the adult responsible for payment of tuition. If choosing to pay in six installments, I understand that payment is due no later than the 10th of the month from September through February and making the payment on time is my responsibility. I understand that I must keep my account up to date or dance recital costuming WILL NOT be ordered for my child. In the event the costume was already ordered, the costume will be held until your account is current. There is a $20 late fee for past due payments. Payment more than 30 days past due will result in my child sitting out of class until the account is brought up to date. I understand that Dancin' Plus will not be responsible for contacting other parties (ex-spouses, grandparents, etc.) to arrange payments. There is a $30 NSF fee for refunded checks.
If at any time I choose to discontinue my enrollment at Dancin' Plus, I must contact the studio. Any costs that may be refundable will be calculated from the date of that contact. Any classes taken are non-refundable.
I understand I am making a commitment for my child to attend classes. I understand that my contract will be released from class and dance production performances, without refund of class fees or paid costume costs, should inadequate attendance become a problem.
I understand aggressive behavior of any kind is not tolerated. This will result in termination of contract, no future enrollment and no refund.
I understand that for the safety of its students Dancin' Plus follows attire requirements and I understand that my child will be expected to follow the dress code. This includes clothing, shoes, hair worn up and tights.
Although Dancin' Plus makes every effort to provide a safe facility and safe instruction, as with any movement program there is a risk of injuries. I agree to hold Dancin' Plus, its owners, instructors and building owner harmless from any and all claims. My child's participation in this activity is at their own risk and they will be responsible for adhering to all safety policies at Dancin' Plus.
In the event of an emergency, I give Dancin' Plus owners and all instructors' permission to obtain any medical treatment deemed necessary or authorized by a physician, at my cost, while I am being contacted.
