Ballet and Tap Class
Ballet and tap classes are for beginner dancers. These classes run 45 minutes long. We introduce basic skills and terminology. Dancers will learn through a variety of activities. Some of our favorite activities include tumbling, parachute, rhythm sticks, scarves and bean bags. We believe in having fun when working on the basic movement skills and learning beginner ballet and tap skills.

These classes will perform two dances in the spring recital and have one dance costume.
Ballet/Lyrical, Jazz/Hip - Hop and Tap Class
In this combination class dancers will continue to develop their ballet and tap skills as well as adding lyrical, jazz and hip - hop. These classes are 75 minutes each week. As dancers become older, the material taught will become more advanced in all styles of dance. This includes technique, choreography, skills, terminology and more!

Dancers in these combination classes will perform three dances in the spring recital and have two costumes.

Pointe
When the instructors feel your dancer is physically ready and have the skills to be successful, they will be invited to pointe. It is important for your child's safety that they are strong enough, developed enough and have enough ballet experience before dancing in pointe shoes. Students will not be considered ready for pointe until they are at least 11 years old.

In pointe class dancers will use the ballet barres, practice across the floor work, lots of stretching and learn to use their prior ballet knowledge to dance up on their toes.

Pointe dancers will perform one dance in the spring recital and have one costume.
